Summary: Telecity Group reported its 1H14 results which showed consistent bookings order growth being offset by high customer churn. Churn primarily came from the closure of the 0.4 MW Prospect House data centre in London along with a reduction in sub-lease income at the Harbour Exchange facility in the London Docklands. Revenue per kW numbers we also down in the period due to the disposal of non-core businesses in Finland. After a number of acquisitions in 2013, which included SadaceHosting (Istanbul), 3DC (Sofia), and PLIX (Warsaw), Telecity does not expect further M&A activity in the short term.
